Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features at your tier. No credit card required to start.
Are there any per-transaction fees?
Settlah charges no per-transaction fees. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to payments your customers make (Open Banking and Direct Debit rates are set by Stripe and are typically lower than card fees).
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade below your current customer count, existing customers remain active (read-only for excess) until naturally resolved.
What happens if I cancel?
Your tenant console becomes read-only. Your customers can still log in and make payments on outstanding charges. Your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on UK-based infrastructure. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer — your data is mathematically separated from every other tenant.
