Accessibility Statement
1. Our Commitment
TekSpert Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards throughout our platform.
2. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
While we strive for full conformance, some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.2 criteria. We are actively working to address any gaps.
3. Measures Taken
TekSpert Ltd takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML throughout all pages (
<main>,<nav>,<header>,<footer>,<article>) - Logical heading hierarchy (single
<h1>per page, cascading<h2>/<h3>) - ARIA attributes on interactive elements (navigation, dialogs, toggles)
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard users
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Minimum touch target sizes of 44×44 CSS pixels
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- No reliance on colour alone to convey information
- Descriptive
altattributes on all images prefers-reduced-motionsupport — animations are disabled for users who prefer reduced motion- Fully responsive design that works at 200% browser zoom
- Viewport meta tag does not disable user scaling
4. Known Issues
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations:
- The mobile navigation menu toggle currently lacks keyboard animation (the menu opens but does not announce the change to screen readers). A fix is in progress.
- Some generated images may have alt text that could be more descriptive. We are auditing all image alt text.
We are working to resolve these issues as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement programme.
